About the role

The Electrical Engineer / Technical Manager for Medium Voltage will be responsible for building and developing the company's medium voltage business division. This role involves planning, project design, and technical configuration of medium voltage systems and transformer stations for energy projects. The successful candidate will lead technical standards and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive growth in new service areas.

Responsibilities

• Planning, project design, and technical configuration of medium voltage systems
• Planning and integration of transformer stations for PV systems and energy projects
• Technical responsibility for grid connections in the medium voltage range
• Development of protection concepts and organization of protection tests
• Selection and specification of medium voltage components
• Technical coordination with grid operators, customers, and suppliers
• Supporting project teams from planning through to commissioning
• Further development of technical standards and processes
