About the role

The Team Lead Software Development Product provides professional and disciplinary leadership to the lead development team within the product environment. This role bridges people leadership with technical and operational management, ensuring technical requirements are structured, evaluated, and converted into sustainable solutions for the APplus ERP system. The lead is responsible for maintaining technical consistency, managing team capacities, and fostering the professional development of team members.

Responsibilities

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung deines Lead-Development-Teams
• Coaching der Mitarbeitenden sowie Durchführung regelmäßiger Feedback- und Entwicklungsgespräche
• Planung, Priorisierung und Steuerung laufender technischer Themen und Teamkapazitäten
• Herstellung von Transparenz über Auslastung, Risiken, Blocker und Prioritätskonflikte
• Begleitung und Bewertung technischer Konzepte, Risikoanalysen, Aufwandsschätzungen und Reviews
• Sicherstellung von Standardnähe, technischer Konsistenz und Wiederverwendbarkeit bei der Konzeption von Lösungen
• Frühzeitige Identifikation von Eskalationsbedarf sowie Treffen und Vorbereiten technischer und organisatorischer Entscheidungen
• Etablierung klarer Arbeitsweisen, Übergaben und Qualitätsstandards innerhalb des Teams
