About the role

Capco is seeking consultants to support leading financial institutions in the transformation of modern payment landscapes. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, assisting clients with projects ranging from business analysis and conceptual design to testing and implementation. The role involves utilizing AI-supported workflows to enhance analysis and productivity while maintaining responsible AI standards.

Responsibilities

• Support consulting projects in payments from business analysis and conceptual design to implementation.
• Work on transformation projects involving modern payment architectures, regulatory requirements, and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams in both waterfall and agile delivery environments using AI-supported workflows.
• Take responsibility for specific workstreams or lead smaller project teams while ensuring responsible AI usage.
• Actively contribute to internal topics and support the professional and personal development of the team.
