About the role
The PMO Operating Model Consultant will design and build a new PMO operating model for a leading consumer and retail business as part of a transformation programme. This role involves assessing current structures, defining new processes and reporting lines, and supporting the embedding of the model through stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Assess the current PMO structure and ways of working, identifying gaps against best-practice governance
- Design and document the target PMO operating model including roles, processes, reporting lines, and decision rights
- Support rollout and embedding of the new model
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage handover to business-as-usual operations
