About the role

The Disponent will be responsible for planning and coordinating assembly teams to ensure projects are completed smoothly and on time. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating with customers and technicians, and ensuring the efficient allocation of materials and resources for construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Planung und Koordination der Einsätze unserer Montageteams
• Erstellung und laufende Aktualisierung der Einsatz- und Terminplanung
• Enge Abstimmung der Montage- und Servicetermine mit Kunden und Monteuren
• Bedarfsermittlung und vorausschauende Planung von Materialien, Bauteilen und Betriebsmitteln für unsere Baustellen
• Sicherstellung einer optimalen Auslastung unserer Montageteams
• Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Baustelleneinsätzen
• Pflege der relevanten Daten und Dokumentation

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker im Bereich Sanitär, Heizungsbau oder Anlagen-/Verfahrenstechnik
