About the role

Fact Finder is seeking a Staff or Principal-level individual contributor to lead the frontend architecture across two distinct product platforms. This role focuses on unifying frontend systems, building a shared design system, and enabling product teams to ship production-grade UI using AI-first engineering practices. You will act as a hands-on architect, spending the majority of your time coding while driving technical strategy and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the target frontend architecture across both React products.
  • Build and own the shared design system including tokens, component library, and Web Components.
  • Create an AI-first prototyping and contribution framework to enable product managers and designers.
  • Write critical production code and set technical standards for the frontend team.
  • Pair with and level up frontend engineers through technical leadership and mentorship.
