About the role
The successful candidate will contribute to the pedagogical projects, research activities, and technology transfer missions of IMT Mines Albi. The role involves teaching data analysis and AI applied to materials science, leading research initiatives, and fostering industrial collaborations. The appointee will also take on administrative responsibilities and participate in the development of academic programs.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the evolution of pedagogical programs and teach data analysis and AI applied to ecodesign and materials development.
- Propose scientific approaches for innovative data exploitation and AI methods to support multi-scale material testing and modeling.
- Develop contractual research activities with industrial partners and participate in the creation of research chairs.
- Supervise doctoral theses and post-doctoral researchers while contributing to the scientific influence of the laboratory.
- Support local and regional economic development through technology transfer and incubation support.
