About the role

The Managing Director will provide strategic leadership for a specialized Finance and BI company while remaining actively involved in client projects. This role involves overseeing business development, managing the team, and providing expert consulting in financial planning, reporting, and consolidation solutions. The position requires a balance of operational consulting and executive leadership to drive market strategy and project success.

Responsibilities

• Strategically and operationally develop the company alongside the existing team
• Hold overall responsibility for client projects in finance, reporting, corporate planning, and consolidation
• Advise clients at the management level on business processes and data-driven solutions
• Manage complex projects from conception to implementation with hands-on involvement
• Cultivate client relationships and support presales and pitch activities
• Lead, coach, and develop the team to ensure operational excellence
