Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end supply chain processes of Auterion products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, while providing the overall strategic and operational oversight necessary to ensure excellence across our global value chain.

Responsibilities

• Run the planning, controlling, and optimization of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, scheduling, and order management
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies across the supply chain
• Serve as the primary operational go-to person between purchasing, production planning, logistics, engineering and sales
• Identify, design, and implement improvements to supply chain processes and tools, including ERP configuration, reporting enhancements, and workflow automation
• Document processes, develop standard operating procedures, and drive adoption
• Prepare and analyze reports, providing timely and accurate reporting on KPIs
• Act as the first point of escalation for supply disruptions, component shortages, and logistics failures
• Oversee daily supply chain operations and manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other partners

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in a supply chain-related role
• EU Citizenship
