You will work directly with company leadership, focusing on building and delivering functional solutions in the field.
Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end technical ownership of a mission-critical robotics product.
- Act as the final authority on architecture, integration, and deployment decisions.
- Build and deliver solutions directly in the code alongside the team.
- Challenge requirements to simplify and accelerate development cycles.
- Conduct field testing with clear, measurable pass/fail criteria.
- Coach and mentor engineers through collaborative, hands-on development.
