About the role

Rausgegangen is building an independent event platform to help users discover exciting local events and enable organizers to build communities. We are looking for a developer to join our Inspiration Crew to shape user orientation, personalized recommendations, and internal publishing tools. You will focus on high-quality frontend development while also implementing necessary backend APIs and features.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement user-facing features including search, recommendations, and event presentation
• Develop and maintain internal tools for content planning and publishing
• Build high-quality, accessible frontends and the corresponding backend APIs
• Collaborate with the tech team and designers to convert prototypes into performant code
• Manage coding agents, perform code reviews, and ensure high code quality
• Propose new feature ideas to improve the platform's user experience
