Senior Product Engineer

About the role

Ashby is seeking a versatile and persistent Product Engineer to own projects end-to-end, from research and product specs to design and implementation. You will work in a high-pace, low-meeting environment, leveraging your skills to build powerful software for Talent Acquisition and Management teams. This role offers the agency of a seed-stage startup combined with the scale and stability of a growth-stage company.

Responsibilities

• Research customer problems and competitor offerings
• Write product specifications and create wireframes
• Build and ship features end-to-end across the technology stack
• Collaborate with stakeholders to vet decisions and communicate project status
• Develop reusable building blocks and abstractions to improve team leverage
• Investigate and resolve customer issues
