Product Engineer // AI

About the role

The Product Engineer will build automation systems to transform claims handling for the insurance industry. You will work directly with claims handlers to identify process bottlenecks and develop end-to-end AI features that are deployed into production. This role involves owning the full lifecycle of AI agents, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and effective in real-world insurance operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze process breakdowns in claims handling to uncover automation opportunities
• Design and build agentic AI systems that perform real-world actions
• Develop full-stack features from initial concept through to production deployment
• Collaborate with AI engineers and operations teams to ensure system reliability and risk management
• Continuously iterate on and scale AI systems based on performance and user feedback
