Governance, Risk & Compliance Senior Consultant

About the role

The Senior Consultant will lead complex projects focused on building and optimizing corporate governance systems, including Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, and internal control systems. This role involves conducting risk and process analyses, designing automated controls, and developing AI use cases for clients. The consultant will also act as a key advisor to senior stakeholders, manage workshops, and support business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects for the development of corporate governance systems and define strategic roadmaps
• Conduct methodological risk and process analyses and derive actionable recommendations for management
• Design automated controls in collaboration with IT and business departments to ensure audit security
• Facilitate workshops, moderate stakeholder discussions, and prepare decision-making documents
• Develop and implement customized AI use cases and advise on their technical integration
• Create reporting concepts and management dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
• Manage the end-to-end acquisition process, including proposal creation and client presentations

Qualifications

• University degree
