Principal Delivery Manager

About the role

The Principal Delivery Manager will lead complex, multi-year programmes and project teams within Kerv Digital. This role involves balancing programme objectives with stakeholder needs, managing project turnarounds, and providing line management and pastoral care to a team of Delivery Managers and Scrum Masters.

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate governance structures to ensure effective decision making and assurance
• Manage senior stakeholders within Kerv Digital and client organisations
• Report programme status to the leadership team and clients
• Manage programme and project cost and time tracking
• Lead and mentor a small team of Delivery Managers and Scrum Masters
• Reset and turn around projects that have encountered roadblocks
• Manage agile development processes directly and indirectly
