About the role
The Social Media & Content Manager will take full ownership of the brand's organic presence on Instagram and TikTok. This role involves end-to-end content creation, from ideation and filming to editing and community engagement. The ideal candidate is comfortable appearing on camera, recording voice-overs, and managing creator relationships to drive performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage organic social media presence across Instagram and TikTok
- Produce and edit video content including Reels and Stories
- Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages
- Identify and collaborate with UGC creators and manage barter deals
- Create shooting lists and coordinate content production
- Appear on camera for brand stories and record voice-overs for ads
- Develop and execute content strategies based on performance analytics
