Senior / Staff Threat Intelligence Analyst, Hacks

About the role

You will lead the hacks category at TRM Labs, owning the metrics, systems, and contractor team responsible for identifying and analyzing major protocol and exchange compromises. This role involves coordinating incident responses, building automated AI-driven analysis workflows, and publishing industry-leading technical research. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure hack data is accurate and visible to customers in real-time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the response to major hacks including triage, coordination, and incident reporting.
• Ensure all major hacks are recorded with complete data including entities, theft addresses, and amounts.
• Design systems for hack-specific attribution and fund tracking in collaboration with Data Science and Engineering.
• Build AI-assisted tools and agents to automate analysis while maintaining human quality control.
• Publish technical analysis on major hacks to establish TRM as a primary industry source.
• Develop approaches to identify vulnerable contracts before they are exploited.

Qualifications
