About the role

The Self-Serve Product Manager will own the core ElevenCreative product experience for creators and marketers. This role focuses on driving revenue, growth, and adoption by defining and shipping high-impact product bets. You will work in a small, collaborative team to optimize the user journey and expand platform usage across speech, music, image, and video tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own self-serve revenue, growth, and adoption for ElevenCreative by leveraging product, pricing, onboarding, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Scope and define major product initiatives across image, video, music, agents, and editing workflows.
  • Analyze product data and user behavior to identify and execute on growth opportunities.
  • Drive adoption of new platform features and help users transition into multi-step creative workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to ship features quickly, including creating early concept mockups.
  • Partner with growth, lifecycle, and social teams to manage product launches and user acquisition moments.
  • Define and track success metrics including activation, engagement, retention, and conversion to paid plans.
  • Conduct regular user research with creators and marketers to inform product strategy and improvements.

Qualifications
