AI Engineer, GTM

About the role

Cresta is seeking an AI Engineer to design and deploy an AI-native operating system for its revenue engine. This role involves working directly with executive leadership to automate go-to-market workflows, prioritize high-value accounts, and streamline deal execution. The successful candidate will bridge technical expertise with sales operations to drive revenue growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Help GTM teams prioritize the right accounts using AI and data
• Eliminate manual work by replacing manual research, opportunity prep, and CRM entry with automation
• Build systems that provide sellers with daily focus areas and actionable insights
• Auto-generate account plans, stakeholder maps, and discovery prep within seller workflows
• Automate deal execution including quoting, approvals, and document generation
• Integrate and maximize the GTM technology stack including Salesforce, Gong, and Slack
• Rethink segmentation, territories, and coverage using data and AI
