AI Engineer, GTM

About the role

Cresta is seeking an AI Engineer to design and deploy an AI-native operating system for its revenue engine. This role involves working directly with executive leadership to automate go-to-market processes, prioritize high-value accounts, and streamline deal execution. The successful candidate will bridge technical expertise with sales workflows to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Help GTM teams prioritize the right accounts using AI and data
• Eliminate manual work by replacing research and CRM entry with automation
• Build systems that guide sellers on daily focus and deal progression
• Automate deal execution including quoting, approvals, and document generation
• Own and optimize the GTM system by writing custom code and integrating sales stack tools
