About the role
The Law Offices of Sabrina Li is seeking a proactive HR Operations Specialist to support the HR team across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and training. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, maintaining accurate records, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes using AI and automation. The successful candidate will work within a global team to support the firm's growth and commitment to professional development.
Responsibilities
- Support the employee onboarding process and ensure new hires are proficient with the firm's technology stack.
- Assist with HR document, process, and compliance audits and monitor completion of required documentation.
- Maintain accurate HR records within Rippling and other HR systems.
- Support sourcing for open roles, manage candidate pipelines, and assist with background checks and interviews.
- Maintain and update the firm's training curriculum, onboarding materials, and learning resources.
- Create SOPs, workflow documentation, process maps, and training materials.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows through automation and AI-powered tools.
