Senior People & Talent Operations Partner

About the role

As the Senior People & Talent Operations Partner, you will own People Ops as a product, managing the systems, compliance, and self-serve workflows that support the organization. You will join a lean team to build and maintain the AI-enabled infrastructure for HR and hiring, ensuring operational rigor while fostering an inclusive culture. This role requires a product mindset to iterate on internal tools and processes while managing complex international payroll and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Upholding TestGorilla's behaviors and fostering an inclusive, supportive culture.
• Designing, building and maintaining a smart, automated and AI-enabled people journey from pre-boarding to off-boarding.
• Serving as the technical owner and orchestrator of the HR tech stack, ensuring tools are unified and integrated.
• Managing the non-Finance side of payroll, invoicing, contract administration, and compliance across all operating countries.
• Owning data privacy, recordkeeping, and the relationship with the EOR vendor.
• Configuring and troubleshooting hiring tooling to enable independent searches by hiring managers.
• Creating documentation to support self-serve workflows for both humans and AI agents.
