About the role

Veepee is seeking an intern to support the Integrated Supply Chain Planning project within the operations department. You will work directly with the project manager to implement new planning processes, monitor system performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and automated planning across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the definition and drafting of business requirements for new features
• Monitor the implementation of features by technical teams and perform pre-deployment testing
• Prepare documentation and communication to support change management
• Build and monitor alert systems to track recurring process issues and identify root causes
• Execute recurring planning processes and analyze key performance indicators to recommend improvements
