About the role

Veepee is seeking an intern to support the Integrated Supply Chain Planning project within the operations department. You will work directly with the project manager to implement new planning processes, monitor system performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and automated planning across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the definition and deployment of new planning processes and tool functionalities.
• Build and monitor alert systems to track recurring issues and ensure process stability.
• Execute recurring planning processes and analyze performance indicators to identify improvement areas.
• Draft business requirements and documentation to support change management.
• Conduct testing of new features and perform root cause analysis on operational issues.
