Associate Product Owner

About the role

GlassDollar is seeking an Associate Product Owner to bridge the gap between product strategy and technical execution. You will be responsible for translating validated opportunities into actionable specs, managing the backlog, and ensuring that features are scoped and delivered effectively. This role requires a hands-on approach to technical product management, working closely with engineering and stakeholders to build infrastructure for corporate innovation.

Responsibilities

• Turn validated opportunities into scoped, sequenced, and estimable work including specs, acceptance criteria, and edge cases
• Manage the product backlog through grooming and prioritization to ensure the board reflects current development status
• Act as the interface between customer feedback and the engineering queue
• Coordinate releases and verify that shipped features align with original specifications
• Present product decisions to diverse stakeholder groups ranging from engineers to enterprise clients
