Associate Product Owner

About the role

GlassDollar is seeking an Associate Product Owner to bridge the gap between product strategy and engineering execution. You will own the end-to-end scoping process, translating validated opportunities into clear, actionable specifications and managing the backlog to ensure efficient delivery. This role requires a technical mindset, strong writing skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering and stakeholders to build infrastructure-grade enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Turning opportunities into scoped, sequenced, and estimable work including specs, acceptance criteria, and edge cases
• Running the backlog through grooming and prioritization to maintain an accurate engineering queue
• Acting as the interface between customer feedback and the engineering team
• Coordinating releases and verifying that shipped features match the original scope
• Presenting product decisions to diverse stakeholder groups including engineers and enterprise clients
