Senior GTM Systems & AI Specialist

About the role

The Senior GTM Systems & AI Specialist will own and scale the technology infrastructure powering Cobalt's go-to-market organization. This role serves as the technical owner of the GTM ecosystem, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and associated automation and AI tools. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical owner and administrator of Salesforce, including architecture, automation, and system governance.
• Manage the broader GTM technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless integrations and data flows between Salesforce, HubSpot, and other applications.
• Design and maintain data enrichment and orchestration workflows to ensure high-quality, actionable account and contact data.
• Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to support lead management, campaign execution, and attribution infrastructure.
• Identify, design, and implement AI-powered solutions and workflow automations to improve productivity across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Establish monitoring and controls to proactively identify integration failures, data issues, and system risks.
