M&A Manager

About the role

Onepage GmbH is expanding into a group and seeking an M&A Manager to build and lead a new acquisition function. You will work directly with the CEO and Finance team to identify targets, manage the deal pipeline, perform valuations, and support the entire transaction process from initiation to post-merger integration.

Responsibilities

• Market Screening & Target Identification: Identify potential acquisition candidates and evaluate them based on strategic criteria.
• Deal Flow & Pipeline: Systematically build the deal flow through direct outreach, brokers, and networks.
• Engagement with Targets: Maintain direct contact with owners and management of potential target companies.
• Deal Analysis & Valuation: Prepare company valuations and business cases for potential transactions.
• Due Diligence: Support the commercial, legal, and tax review of target companies in coordination with external advisors.
• Negotiation & Structuring: Assist in the preparation of term sheets, LOIs, and purchase agreements.
• Transaction Support: Manage transactions from initiation through signing and closing.
• Post-Merger Integration: Support integration planning and develop a reusable integration playbook.
