Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily site operations for our rapid grocery delivery service, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient order dispatch. This role involves maintaining high operational standards, managing health and safety, and leading team members to meet performance targets. You will work in a fast-paced environment to ensure customers receive their essentials quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all orders are picked to meet time targets and lead the dispatch area to ensure seamless packing for our customers.
• Unload deliveries according to procedure, ensuring total accuracy of product locations, date rotations, and claims logging.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, tidy, and safe at all times, dealing with hazards urgently and conducting regular H&S checks.
• Partner with the Warehouse Assistant Manager and Manager to ensure the site runs smoothly and employees follow company procedures.
• Ensure stock counts are 100% accurate across all designated counting areas.
