About the role
The Technical Programme Manager will join the Quantum Systems Infrastructure team to manage the delivery of platforms used for building, testing, and operating quantum computers. This role focuses on maintaining visibility, planning, and removing blockers to ensure engineering teams can operate effectively. You will work within a centralised PMO model to coordinate cross-functional workflows and ensure alignment across global teams.
Responsibilities
- Owning programme execution across QSI’s delivery streams, including planning rhythms and backlog discipline.
- Managing the link between roadmap and delivery to ensure milestones are met and slippage is identified early.
- Designing and running programme ceremonies and workflows.
- Coordinating across cross-functional teams including Software, Science, and Continuing Engineering.
- Establishing programme cadences and reporting for non-technical stakeholders.
- Managing intake and triage processes to ensure efficient request handling.
