Associate Director, Connectivity

About the role

The Associate Director, Connectivity will own the technical and commercial relationship between the platform and reservation systems (restechs) used by supplier partners. This hands-on leadership role involves setting connectivity strategy, building C-suite relationships with partners, and working directly with engineering teams to solve complex integration challenges. You will lead a team responsible for APIs, integration technologies, and configuration processes to ensure seamless booking experiences for millions of travelers.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the connectivity strategy aligned with broader technical goals like observability and AI-driven efficiencies.
• Build and maintain C-suite level relationships with restech and supplier partners.
• Engage in hands-on technical work including API design and integration architecture.
• Lead, grow, and mentor a team of tech leads and engineers.
• Partner with Product teams to shape the connectivity roadmap.
• Oversee configuration, monitoring, and testing of supplier integrations to drive continuous improvement.
