GenAI/ML Engineer

About the role

Capco is seeking a senior software engineer with expertise in machine learning and generative AI to deliver end-to-end solutions for financial services clients. The role involves owning the full lifecycle of machine learning projects, from data pipeline development to production deployment and monitoring within complex, regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end data pipelines and feature engineering workflows on large-scale transactional data in regulated client environments
• Train, calibrate, and validate ML models including supervised, unsupervised, and ensemble methods with threshold analysis and production-grade explainability
• Develop GenAI-powered solutions such as agentic workflows, RAG systems, and LLM-based automation to accelerate knowledge-intensive client processes
• Deploy and monitor models in production with drift detection, performance tracking, and multi-environment release management
• Work directly with client stakeholders including compliance SMEs and engineering teams to deliver documentation, knowledge transfer, and long-term enablement
