Working Student IT Operations

About the role

You will work hands-on with SPREAD's IT operations, focusing on Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and the Mac fleet. This role involves auditing and improving existing systems, managing the joiner-mover-leaver process, and providing end-user support. You will collaborate with the InfoSec team to ensure compliance with security standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer Entra ID day to day, including accounts, groups, access assignments, and SSO/MFA configuration.
• Own the full joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle, including closing out stale or orphaned accounts.
• Manage the Mac fleet end to end, including enrollment, configuration, patching, and device lifecycle.
• Maintain an accurate asset inventory including warranty and lease status.
• Run first- and second-line end-user support, triaging and resolving tickets in Jira.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Exchange, including mailboxes, licensing, and SharePoint/Teams permissions.
• Keep the compliance platform current by resolving integration drift and maintaining evidence for ISO 27001, SOC 2, and TISAX audits.

Qualifications

• Prior internship, working-student role, or coursework with genuine lab practice in Entra ID and Microsoft 365
• B2 level or above in German and fluent English
