About the role

1Komma5Grad is seeking a student to join their Operational Excellence team to support the transition of households to renewable energy. You will assist in the preparation and execution of onboarding and training programs, coordinate decision-making committees, and help standardize operational processes across various locations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, plan, and follow up on operational onboarding sessions and assist in their execution.
• Develop, organize, and implement new training formats.
• Support the coordination and management of the order management decision-making committee.
• Assist in the creation and development of operational standards.
• Support the introduction and implementation of these standards at various locations.
