About the role
The Project Manager for Scheduling will be responsible for the planning and control of complex large-scale projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors. This role involves monitoring milestones, dependencies, and risks while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution through detailed reporting and forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Erstellung, Pflege und Steuerung integrierter Projektterminpläne für komplexe Energie- und Infrastrukturprojekte
- Überwachung von Meilensteinen, Abhängigkeiten, kritischen Pfaden und Terminrisiken sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
- Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Fortschrittskontrollen und Terminprognosen
- Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der operativen Projektsteuerung sowie bei der Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen, Fristen und offenen Punkten
- Koordination und Abstimmung der Terminplanung mit internen Fachbereichen, Auftragnehmern und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
- Zusammenführung und Bewertung von Informationen aus Engineering, Beschaffung, Bau und Inbetriebnahme
- Erstellung von Statusberichten, Auswertungen und KPIs für Projektleitung und Stakeholder
- Frühzeitige Identifikation von Abweichungen und Verzögerungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Nachverfolgung von Gegenmaßnahmen

Qualifications
