Head of Production

About the role

The Head of Production will lead the production team at Charlesundcharlottegmbh, overseeing both strategic and operational processes. This role involves managing production standards, acting as a Producer for selected projects, and spearheading the implementation of an AI-enabled production system. The successful candidate will also manage budgets, maintain quality standards, and expand the company's partner network.

Responsibilities

• Develop production processes, standards, and setups strategically and operationally.
• Provide personal and professional leadership to the production team.
• Manage selected productions as a Producer, ensuring alignment of idea, quality, timing, and budget.
• Conceptualize and implement an AI-enabled production system in collaboration with the internal AI team.
• Calculate fixed-price productions and manage margins.
• Expand and manage the external partner network to ensure quality standards.
