About the role

The Production Manager will oversee production operations across three sites, ensuring quality, performance, and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing a team of 8 workshop managers and 140 operators while coordinating with various departments to optimize technical and human resources. The position also focuses on driving continuous improvement projects and contributing to long-term development and investment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 8 workshop managers and 140 operators and technicians across 3 sites.
• Supervise workshop organization and optimize technical and human resources based on production needs.
• Ensure product conformity and adherence to cost, deadline, and quality standards in collaboration with the Quality department.
• Coordinate transversally with industrialization, scheduling, quality, purchasing, and HR departments.
• Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
• Participate in defining medium and long-term development and investment strategies with management.
