About the role
The Scientific Project Manager will drive key projects at the intersection of Research & Development and Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs. This role involves managing new product development, researching scientific and regulatory trends, establishing supplier networks, and supporting international market entries. The position requires a strategic mindset to help the company achieve its goal of becoming the world's leading probiotic brand.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects including new product development for supplements, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals.
- Systematically research scientific findings on the microbiome and regulatory developments to provide management recommendations.
- Build and qualify a network of contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs).
- Manage international market entry processes for company products.
- Act as the primary scientific contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding quality, regulatory, and scientific issues.
