About the role

As an AI First Data Engineer, you will develop modern data and AI solutions by orchestrating specialized AI agents to deliver value to clients. You will build data pipelines, design architectures, and manage the end-to-end development process while ensuring high-quality outcomes. This role requires a blend of technical engineering expertise and a proactive mindset to integrate new AI tools into production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build data pipelines and data models using Databricks or Microsoft Fabric on Azure.
• Clarify requirements directly with clients and develop suitable solution architectures.
• Lead AI agent teams through development, testing, and documentation processes.
• Combine engineering expertise with AI agents to create efficient project workflows.
• Make data accessible through semantic models and Power BI reports.
• Integrate new AI tools and technologies into daily operations and continuously improve workflows.
