About the role

The Business Automation & Analytics team is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and automating processes related to crew management, including recruitment, scheduling, and billing. As an intern, you will help develop and maintain digital infrastructure using low-code/no-code tools and AI-supported solutions to improve efficiency for the OMR Festival and OMR Services. This role involves working from now until approximately the end of May.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, optimize, and automate processes to improve efficiency for crew, clients, and the team
• Develop digital solutions using low-code/no-code tools like Airtable, Softr, and Make, as well as AI-supported tools like Claude
• Maintain and support platforms such as the OMR Crew Portal and internal management tools
• Build and maintain tools for shift planning, deployment status, and capacity utilization
• Prepare time tracking and billing data for operational controlling
• Document processes and workflows to ensure structured knowledge management
• Serve as a technical contact for the recruiting and support team during the festival
