Solutions Engineer, Cyber Security

About the role

DeleteMe is seeking a customer-focused Solutions Engineer to act as a technical expert and trusted advisor to the sales team. You will engage with prospects and customers to explain the technical capabilities of DeleteMe's privacy protection solutions, conduct tailored demonstrations, and remove technical blockers during the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AEs across regions to support technical pre-sales conversations and product demos
• Deliver compelling presentations and product walkthroughs tailored to security-conscious buyers and stakeholders
• Serve as a subject matter expert on DeleteMe’s cybersecurity value proposition, privacy posture, and technical differentiators
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for prospects and customers
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to stay current on platform capabilities, roadmap, and security updates
• Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires
• Support proof-of-concept and trial deployments with technical guidance and solutioning
• Help refine technical sales content, FAQs, objection handling, and demo materials based on field learnings

Qualifications
