Product Manager - Ecommerce Categories

About the role

The Product Manager will lead the Categories squad within the E-Commerce Solutions domain to enhance global navigation and catalog structures. You will define the product vision and strategy for core navigation and categorization engines to improve user discovery and conversion across web and mobile platforms. This role involves collaborating with engineering, UX, data, and international teams to standardize taxonomies while maintaining local market flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Categories and Core Navigation ecosystem.
• Pilot key initiatives including global tree standardization and SKU-level categorization engines.
• Identify user, SEO, and business opportunities through data analysis, user testing, and card-sorting.
• Establish A/B testing processes to refine business hypotheses and growth opportunities.
• Manage the agile delivery process in partnership with the Tech Lead and engineering team.
• Define and track success metrics such as PDP reach rate, revenue per session, and category conversion.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2C e-commerce or digital platforms
• Fluency in English and French
