About the role
We are looking for a Program Manager to drive planning, delivery, and operational excellence across our engineering department. You will coordinate cross-functional programs, build operating rhythms to keep teams aligned, and translate technical progress into actionable insights for leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program planning and delivery for the department, coordinating cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple engineering disciplines.
- Coordinate delivery milestones across teams, tracking cross-functional dependencies, surfacing and resolving blockers, and ensuring alignment.
- Run the department's business review cadence, preparing and driving monthly reviews covering organizational goals.
- Build and maintain a single source of truth for all programs in Jira, establishing program frameworks and visibility tools.
- Develop and run a resource planning framework, leading regular reviews to align team capacity with evolving program requirements.
- Manage budget and OPEX tracking for the department, enabling data-driven monthly trade-off decisions.
