Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

Menlo Security is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to act as a trusted talent partner for department leaders across Engineering, Product, and Design. You will be responsible for building strong, diverse pipelines of technical talent and managing the full-cycle recruiting process while maintaining a high-quality candidate and hiring-manager experience. This role involves leveraging AI-assisted tools to streamline sourcing and screening, allowing for a focus on relationship-building, negotiation, and candidate advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, primarily Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Build an ongoing pipeline of skilled, diverse talent by combining market knowledge, business priorities, and external hiring trends.
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on technical hiring.
• Use AI-assisted sourcing and resume-screening tools to widen and speed up pipeline generation.
• Improve recruiting processes, tools, and systems in partnership with the broader Talent Acquisition team.
• Report on recruiting metrics and turn the data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Build talent communities and pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and diversity sourcing efforts.
