Operations Lead

About the role

The Operations Lead is a key member of the store leadership team responsible for driving store profitability and efficiency. This role involves coaching the team, managing inventory processes, and collaborating with management to ensure optimal store operations and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and resolve inventory accuracy issues while partnering with the General Manager.
• Manage operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, and sales floor replenishment.
• Champion strong visual standards and maintain a safe, efficient stockroom environment.
• Partner with management to oversee reporting, budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships.
• Directly oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment, development, and performance feedback.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
