Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive the expansion of Ajax Systems' fire safety product offerings across Spain and Portugal. This role involves conducting market analysis, developing strategic business plans, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to increase market share. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Iberia Country Manager to execute growth strategies and support the broader Ajax product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Iberia Country Manager to define a comprehensive business plan and strategy for expanding Ajax's fire system offerings across Spain and Portugal.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and challenges in the fire safety sector.
• Support the future growth of Ajax fire systems by contributing to the creation of long-term business strategies and tactical plans.
• Gain a solid understanding of the broader Ajax product portfolio to effectively support cross-product sales and integration.
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure alignment on objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, installers, and end-users.
• Regularly report on market conditions, sales performance, and future opportunities to the Iberia Country Manager and other senior leadership.
