About the role
Roboflow is seeking a Support Engineer to act as a consultative technical advisor for enterprise customers using our computer vision platform. You will go beyond reactive troubleshooting to proactively solve complex technical problems, accelerate customer time-to-value, and serve as a vital feedback loop between customers and our product team. This role involves shaping the future of our support function while ensuring our solutions meet the specific needs of our users.
Responsibilities
- Participate in Support’s on-call rotation
- Ensure technical customer issues are serviced to contractual SLA and managed to resolution
- Create technical content to capture best practices such as documentation, videos, and knowledge base articles
- Grow customer relationships through trusted advice in the delivery of support obligations
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Implementation Engineers to ensure continuity across the customer journey
- Coordinate with the field and product teams to inform roadmaps for our customers
- Stay current with latest product features and releases
- Actively participate in the evolution of the support environment including process, tooling, and knowledge management
