Proposition Director Delivery - Software

About the role

The Software Proposition Director is responsible for the full lifecycle of software-driven market propositions, from planning and building to running and continuous improvement. This hands-on delivery leadership role requires a professional who can bridge the gap between strategy, technology, and operations to ensure high-quality, scalable results. The director will manage the P&L of the software proposition and act as a steward of the company's DNA and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plan, build, run, and continuous improvement phases of services.
• Establish structure through clear roadmaps, milestones, and transparent internal communication.
• Standardize processes, documentation, and best practices to ensure scalability and audit-proof operations.
• Maintain service descriptions, contracts, and pricing to support sales and customer teams.
• Manage the P&L of the proposition to ensure maximum return on investments.
• Collaborate with labs, tech leads, and customer teams to integrate innovation into service delivery.
