About the role

The Customer Director Delivery will act as the central point for mission-critical IT service delivery for clients in the Rotterdam-Den Haag region. You will lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, and strategists to ensure high-quality, resilient, and flexible IT solutions. This role involves managing P&L responsibilities, fostering client relationships, and upholding the company's standards for quality and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of mission-critical IT services for clients in the Rotterdam-Den Haag region.
• Oversee P&L responsibilities for assigned client accounts.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and C-level stakeholders to translate complex IT challenges into execution.
• Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients beyond transactional interactions.
• Provide involved leadership to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring team well-being and high performance.
• Maintain the company's DNA and high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
