About the role

The Project Manager will lead large-scale IT projects of societal relevance using agile, classic, or hybrid methodologies. You will translate client requirements into IT solutions, act as a Product Owner in agile setups, and manage interdisciplinary teams and stakeholder relationships. The role involves advising clients on digital transformation and identifying optimization potential within project processes.

Responsibilities

• Realize large IT projects using agile, classic, or hybrid methods
• Translate client requirements into IT solutions and processes within interdisciplinary teams
• Act as a Product Owner in agile project setups
• Manage projects across a diverse technological environment including CMS, FMS, and low-code platforms
• Advise clients on digital transformation and the company portfolio throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams and manage interfaces between internal and external stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and develop strategies for efficient digital solution implementation
• Identify optimization potential and proactively manage change processes
